Common questions

How long is Bronze really free?

New Bronze membership is free for 12 months from activation. No card is required and there is no automatic renewal. Paid renewal requires your separate agreement. Existing Stripe subscriptions keep their original terms.

What is a launch offer?

Silver and Gold launch pricing is 50% off the standard annual rate. This is available for a limited time while we build our founding cohort. The launch offer locks in your rate for Year 1 — Year 2 renews at standard pricing.

Are there any setup fees or lock-in contracts?

No setup fees. Paid plans are annual subscriptions with no long-term lock-in beyond the current annual term. You can cancel renewal at any time.

How many leads will I receive?

There is no per-lead fee or fixed lead allowance. Enquiry volume depends on customer demand, suitability and customer selection. We do not guarantee a minimum number of enquiries or bookings.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and may include a pro-rated charge for the remaining term. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. Additional fees may apply to plan changes, and any applicable amount will be shown before you confirm.
