Common questions

How long is Bronze really free?

Bronze has no charge for your first 12 months. During checkout, Stripe securely stores your payment method for the $99/year renewal after year one. You can cancel renewal before it is charged.

What is a launch offer?

Silver and Gold launch pricing is 50% off the standard annual rate. This is available for a limited time while we build our founding cohort. The launch offer locks in your rate for Year 1 — Year 2 renews at standard pricing.

Are there any setup fees or lock-in contracts?

No setup fees. Paid plans are annual subscriptions with no long-term lock-in beyond the current annual term. You can cancel renewal at any time.

How many leads will I receive?

All tiers receive unlimited qualified leads at launch. Every lead comes from someone who has submitted a detailed event brief.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and may include a pro-rated charge for the remaining term. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. Additional fees may apply to plan changes, and any applicable amount will be shown before you confirm.
