Location, category and capacity checks identify eligible suppliers. AI assists the suitability assessment, and our team checks the shortlist before it reaches you. External businesses are labelled as non-members. Nothing is sent to suppliers at this stage.
You select which suppliers you'd like to contact. Only the suppliers you choose receive your brief — you stay in control of your personal information.
After you choose, those suppliers receive your brief and may respond with availability and pricing. Responses are not guaranteed, and we cannot promise a response time.
Compare any responses and arrange bookings directly with suppliers. QMF does not charge hosts a booking fee; check each supplier's pricing and terms before booking.
